Take a measurement in inches around your neck where you would button a dress shirt. Measure the circumference of the neck by keeping one finger between the measuring tape and the neck itself.:(Required)

Take a measurement in inches around your head at ear level, across forehead, and around, parallel to the ground.:(Required)
