Following wind and Seas

Posted on: June 13, 2018

The ship saw some great sailing down the coast of Nova Scotia over the past 24 hours. SW winds and following seas saw the ship to her next port. We had planned on stopping at Ingonish, but rough weather caused us to cancel those plans and put into Louisbourg. We made the anchorage in the charming town of Louisbourg a little afternoon on June 13 and the crew spent the afternoon resting from and drying out their gear from an exciting and wet pervious 12 hours of sailing. The ship and crew are safe and sound looking froward to some shore leave tomorrow to visit the historic fort located in Louisbourg.
