Bio

Deb Kingston is the Administrative Coordinator for the Loeb-Sullivan School and an alumnus of the graduate program. She finds her position multi-faceted, fun, and challenging. Coordinating the M.S. programs not only entails working closely with the graduate school faculty and graduate students as an advisor, but she is also the administrative coordinator for the Center of Professional Mariner Development.

Before she came to MMA, she worked for national park concessionaires in Alaska and Maine. Amazing places to live and grow a career, she gained sales, customer service, project management, management, procurement, marketing, and communication skills. During the off-season, she traveled domestically and internationally; traveling is one of the great loves of her life.

Deb enrolled in the online master's program at MMA because of her interest in logistics, and it allowed her to continue working. Being out of school for almost 30 years meant brushing up on my study and time management skills. It was challenging, but she found the program exciting and rewarding. Graduation was a proud and happy day!

She lives in Blue Hill with her husband, Bill, and their sons.
