Can I pre-register for events?

We highly recommend you pre-register for the weekend by Thursday, September 12, particularly for the “Radical Rewind” on Friday night, Sept. 27. We hope you can appreciate that we have limited seating and need to know the number of attendees before the event. Register Now!

Can we register when we get there?

Absolutely! You may register Friday for golf (Castine Golf Course) or the “Radical Rewind” event (MMA Field House) when you arrive at the time and location of the event. Please note: some of the events may already be full. Try to pre-register, if possible.

Where do I check-in?

  • Friday, September 27 | Location of the event(s) for which you are registered.
  • Saturday, September 28 | No check in necessary. Harbor tour confirmations will be sent by email.

There will be an updated schedule of events, a campus map, town map, and other materials for you around campus and at INFO tent.

How much do the activities cost?

  • Friday Afternoon Golf Scramble – $20
  • Friday night’s “Radical Rewind” featuring an 80s cover band and assorted food trucks: $50

What meals are available at the Main Dining Hall during Homecoming weekend?

Students with a meal plan can use a meal swipe with their ID card. Alumni, students or guests without a meal plan can eat through the Main Dining Room line.

Can regimental students attend Homecoming events?

Due to regimental training, first-year students will have limited liberties during Homecoming weekend. Homecoming events are otherwise open to all students. Contact Anne Kowalski at 207-326-2250, or anne.kowalski@mma.edu for more information about Regimental Induction Ceremony (RIC).

Is tailgating allowed for Saturday’s games?

Pleasant Street will be host to Honor Classes during Homecoming. Pop up tents will be available for all Honor Classes: Legends tent (50 or more years since graduation), 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999, 2004, 2009, 2014, and 2019. Bring your favorite snacks and refreshments!

I heard MMA has a no-smoking policy?

That’s correct. Visit the Campus Safety website to learn more about the policy.

Where can I park?

Parking is at a premium in Castine. There is limited parking around campus and available at Ft. George. Please observe the NO PARKING signs for public safety. The event map details event parking.

Is there designated Handicapped Parking?

There will be additional handicapped parking at the athletic facilities for Saturday’s soccer game. There will be signage and Campus Safety representatives to assist you.

What time is the annual Alumni Meeting?

The annual Alumni meeting will begin at 9 p.m. on Saturday, September 28. The meeting will be held in the 1954 Classroom, Alfond Student Center.

What time do we form up for March On?

Honor Classes muster at the garage door entrance to the Field House NO LATER THAN 12:20. Honor classes are: 1944, 1949, 1954, 1959, 1964, 1969, 1974, 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999, 2004, 2009, 2014, and 2019.

Where is Morning Formation on Friday morning?

Morning formation is at the flagpole, in front of Leavitt Hall at 0710, sharp. Alumni welcome!

Can I sign up for a Harbor tour?

Due to popular demand,  harbor tours are done by lottery. Those interested in a harbor tour or cruise must sign up through the online registration by Friday, September 20. Lucky winners will be notified Tuesday, September 24.
