Today we conducted confined space training.  This involves cadets opening and testing a confined space atmosphere and confirming that it is safe to enter.  Once it is confirmed safe, cadets safely enter the space at the top with an instructor and go over tank safety and ship construction inside.  For this training, the cadets are entering the top of a ballast tank.
