Spring 2021 classes will begin remotely on Monday, January 11 and remote instruction will continue through Friday, January 22.  We will use the week of January 25 as a transition period for students to return to Castine and there will be no classes held during that time. Face-to-face instruction will begin on Monday, February 1.

We are planning for multiple scenarios that may occur throughout the Spring 2021 semester, including various options for in-person and remote instruction, and will be ready to pivot as needed.

Registration for Spring 2021 classes began November 1, 2020. For more information about your class schedule, please contact the Office of the Registrar at or 207-326-2441.

The current plan is that Commencement will occur on May 22, 2021 and will likely be a non-traditional ceremony. Should that be the case, MMA will consider alternatives to recognize our graduates in person, including offering a recognition ceremony of some type for the class of 2021 before the end of the spring term.
