Safety is number 1 on board Bowdoin, and testing the ship’s equipment is a weekly activity on board.  We took the time today to air out our immersion suits and refresh our skill at getting them on in a timely manner.  The ship also tested our on-deck diesel pump that we carry as a back-up for fire fighting and pumping bilges.
