Day 39 | Tour of the Queen Mary 2!
Posted on: June 13, 2017
While most everyone was off the ship exploring Halifax and the surrounding areas, five Midshipmen decided to head over to Pier 21, where the ocean liner Queen Mary 2 was docked, so as to see about taking a tour of the ship. They were rewarded with a full on, rare, behind the scenes tour of the ship, which lasted well over two hours. The tour brought them through numerous restaurants, lounges, theaters, and salons, and into the Bridge and the Engine Control Room. All were well received, and the staff was extremely generous with what the five were allowed to see and do.
