The winds died down and the seas have settled as we approach an area of high pressure. Delta ends a long block of watch tonight as Charlie takes over at midnight. Alpha started training and spent the morning reviewing line handling with the 4/C.

- 4/c Fallon operates the winch during a line handling activity. Alpha 4/c reviewed the mooring line process today on the start of their training rotation.
- Captain Allard explains the proper process of making fast to a bitt.
- 2/c Small sprays down the 01 Port bulkhead with his team of 4/c behind him scrubbing.
- Bravo Deck maintenance starts their rotation with a scrub of the 01 decks.
- 4/c Bradley, 4/c Snow, and 4/c Farese are helping with today’s fuel transfer. They have to sound the tank every five minutes to prevent overflows from happening.
- Some confusion was created today when some students thought the former Regimental Commander had embarked. In reality, this is our new passenger, at least until the Azores.
