Today we remember all of those who have fought and those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.
Due to not being home for Memorial Day, we celebrated aboard TSSOM. Starting off, we had a barbecue supper hosted by our Sodexo crew. Then, later in the evening we played Trivial Pursuit–Maine Maritime style, and the winners were able to select from more than $500 in prizes. Spirits remain high with only a couple more days until we hit our next port, Rotterdam.
