This week has been a flurry of activity. Schooner crew, the student organization that does so much to support the Bowdoin, made a trip down to visit the boat. The white oak that will become Bowdoin’s new planking arrived – and the Waterfront staff worked with students to plane it all down to size. Finally, and perhaps most excitingly, new wood has started to go back onto the boat!
