Kelly Baughman

Kelly is an experienced maritime professional with 15 years sea-going engineering experience on tank, container, bulk, and survey vessels. She transitioned into a shoreside support role with SeaRiver Maritime in 2015 as the Environmental Advisor to the fleet. In 2018 Kelly transitioned to Crowley Maritime Corporation as the Manager, Environment for Crowley Shipping Marine Management; she was promoted to Director, Environment in 2021 where she continues to support fleet and shoreside personnel in matters related to environmental regulatory compliance, decarbonization planning, and overall sustainability. Kelly is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (Class of 2000; B.S. in Marine Engineering Systems Design).”
