Bio

Navneet Jain is a PhD student at University of Maine, Orono, ME's Spatial Information Science and Engineering Department. He holds a M.S. in Global Supply Chain Management from MMA and a B.S. from Gujarat Agricultural University, Gujarat, India. Prof. Jain has worked at AMUL India (GCMMF Ltd.) as a Logistics Manager managing a cold chain for dairy products. He has held a visiting appointment at Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, Graduate School. Ponce, PR. His teaching and research interests are in warehousing and materials handling systems, spatial information science, maritime and port management, and production manufacturing systems.
