Course Description
This course fulfills the mandatory STCW requirements for Crisis Management and Human Behavior training for mariners with designated duties on Ro-Ro passenger ships and other passenger vessels.
Participants will learn how to:

Assist passengers during emergencies

Manage and guide passenger responses

Communicate effectively under pressure
Training includes focused classroom instruction and hands-on practical exercises to reinforce learning objectives.
USCG Approval
This course is USCG-approved and meets the following regulatory requirements:
- STCW Code: Regulation V/2 (paragraphs 7–8), Regulation V/3 (paragraphs 4–5)
- CFR Compliance:
- 46 CFR Subpart J §§15.1101–15.1105 (STCW Certification)
- 46 CFR Chapter I, Subpart 171.01–171.105 (Passenger Vessels)
