CASTINE, Maine—The Board of Trustees of Maine Maritime Academy will hold a regular quarterly meeting on Thursday, February 27, 2020. The Board will meet as a Committee of the Whole to conduct committee business beginning at 8:30 a.m., with a break for lunch between 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m., and convene later in the afternoon as the Board to take formal action. The meeting is expected to conclude at 4:00 p.m.
The meeting location is the Holmes Heritage Room, located at the Harold Alfond Student Center on the campus in Castine. Meeting times and location are subject to change. If changes occur, a revised schedule will be posted at the entrance to the Holmes Heritage Room.
The next MMA Board of Trustees meeting will be held on Friday, May 1, 2020.
