Angela earned her B.S. in Marine Systems Engineering, 5-year, from Maine Maritime Academy in 2013. While at MMA, she was an MTO, MTOIC, and became the Regimental Executive Officer. She was on the Drill Team, held a teacher’s assistant position, and taught a section of pre-calc during her 5th year.

After graduating, Angela began a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering at UVA.  A year later, she began a career at Timberland as an engineer. In 2016 she moved back to Maine and began working for Ameresco as an Operations Engineer in the Energy Asset Group, who runs a fleet of landfill and wastewater gas power plants around the United States. Angele’s work involves plant operations, programming and control systems automation, data analysis, and regulatory compliance. She is currently an Engineering Manager within the group.

Outside of work, Angela enjoys hiking, rock climbing, gardening, and gaming of all forms.
