My mother has been one of my best inspirations since day one. She strives for the best for me and my two other siblings and if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be the person I am today. One thing Michael Jordan said that has always stood with me is “My mother is my root, my foundation. She planted the seed that I base my life on, and that is the belief that the ability to achieve starts in your mind.” This quote will always be the definition of my mother. Whether it be to reach out of my comfort zone or inspiring me to always strive for what I want in life, she has been there. A day never passes that I don’t look back and appreciate all that she has done for me. There are countless things she has done and taught me and for that, I could never thank her enough.
