Barb, a Maine Maritime Alumna, has forever impacted my life for the better. She’s a successful, strong, generous woman and an incredible seafarer. She maintains her composure in difficult situations; she does not bat an eye when a friend reaches out for help; and she seizes every day with a can-do attitude and a smile on her face. She’s an inspiration.
