• 6:00 PM | Location: Harborview, Alfond | Students get access to their sandboxes and training videos with PIZZA.

Friday

• 5:00 – 5:30 PM | Location: Alfond Lobby | Registration
• 5:00 – 6:00 PM | Location: Main Dining Hall | Dinner
• 6:00 – 6:15 PM | Location: ABS 308 | Welcome address and presentation about Modo / Maine Maritime Academy Ideathon
• 6:15 – 9: 30 PM | Location: ABS 308 |Students start working. Students are permitted to continue to work off-site as access is not restricted.

Saturday

• 8:00 – 9:00 AM | Location: Main Dining Hall | Breakfast
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Location: ABS 308 | Students continue working on-site
• 12:00 PM | Location: Main Dining Hall | Lunch
• 5:00 PM | Sandboxes access is restricted and students prepare to present
• 5:00 – 6:15 PM | Location: Main Dining Hall | Dinner
• 6:15 – 8:00 PM | Location: BIW Lecture Hall | Student presentations, judging and awards
