Avae Traina received her B.S in International Business and Logistics, summa cum laude, from Maine Maritime Academy in 2020. While attending, she was involved with student life as a Resident Assistant for two years, Vice President of Student Government, member of SBLA (Student Business and Logistics Association), and played on the Women’s Basketball team for two years. Avae interned at F.W. Webb and Siemens Industry, Inc., where she began her career shortly after graduation in Boston, Massachusetts. Siemens has provided a multitude of opportunities and has promoted Avae twice since onboarding in June of 2020. She currently works on the Energy Team as a Sales Executive in Total Energy Management Performance Contracting in Scarborough, Maine. Avae bought a house in Scarborough in May of ’21 and has enjoyed DIY reno projects, beach walks with her 10-month-old labradoodle puppy – Noli (short for Magnolia), coaching JV basketball at Portland High School, and traveling as much as possible with family and friends.
