Rachael has always gone beyond what is expected to get the job done. She follows protocol and does whatever is necessary to do what’s right for the Academy. She is organized and effective in running operations in front of and behind the scenes. Even through personal challenges, she always does her best to make sure that things run smoothly and that MMA is represented in the best light.
