Happy 4th of July! We spent the day at anchor waiting out some strong wind in Honguedo strait and enjoyed some time for some ship work, rest, and relaxation. After a morning of cleaning the ship, painting and doing rigging maintenance the crew spent the afternoon swimming and sailing our small boat Capt. Mac. (named after the ships Original Captain/Owner Donald MacMillan). We ended the day firing off the ships signal cannon and sounding the ships horn to celebrate our independence day.
