As Chief of Staff, Dr. Moeykens will provide senior leadership for the Academy\u2019s operational activities, serve as the State of Maine designated person ashore, and function as President Craig Johnson\u2019s executive officer.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Moeykens brings decades of leadership experience spanning higher education, industry, and federally sponsored research. Most recently, he served as the Director of the Maine Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) and the Director of Advanced Research Computing, Security, and Information Management (ARCSIM) at the University of Maine.
