The dining hall has more square footage, new food stations and additional food options. Here are some of the features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The new deli counter includes a panini station<\/li>\n<li>A built-in pizza oven is open for lunch and dinner<\/li>\n<li>The new grill area offers the usual options and a full menu of cook-to-order entrees<\/li>\n<li>A new, double-sided salad bar, breakfast station, and allergen-free zone features new foods, such as fresh and frozen options, and gluten-free foods<\/li>\n<li>The new beverage station is located in the seating area for easy accessibility<\/li>\n<li>A new dish-return carousel allows for easy drop-off of plates and glassware<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To maximize food quality, refrigeration has been added to many of the food stations. There are new tables and chairs, as well as new lightweight dish-ware.
