The color guard presented the American flag and the U.S. Merchant Marine flag during the ceremony and accompanied American Merchant Marine Veterans representatives to lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.<\/p>\n<p>Thirty-seven Midshipmen of both Drill and Band Companies participated in the Veterans Day Parade in New York City, while in Bangor, ten Midshipmen of Drill Company participated in the parade.
