In her role as vice president at the Academy, Noel managed the departments of advancement, alumni relations, and college relations, which includes strategic communications and public affairs. Noel had an enormous impact not only on the work within the departments she supervised, but across the institution.<\/p>\n
Noel put processes in place that will continue to benefit the Academy for years to come, particularly with regard to advancement operations. Last fiscal year, the Academy raised 30% more year over year under her leadership. Her team has reached new heights in grant funding and forged new and dynamic corporate relationships.<\/p>\n
Given the fiscal challenges facing the Academy, the foundation will play a crucial role in the long-term financial stability of the institution.<\/p>\n
