The facility is available to the community as a courtesy. This is not a full-service, private fitness facility. Your membership provides you with access to the cardio fitness room, the Ken &amp; Lynn Brown Weight Room, and the Fitness Studio, Bok Pool during posted member swim hours, and the men's and women's public locker rooms. Lockers for fitness center members are for day use only. Your membership does not provide you with access to any other athletic facility in either the Smith Gymnasium or the Alexander Field House.<p><p>The fitness center is accessible with your membership card during fitness center hours, which are available at <a href=\"https:\/\/marinersports.org\/sports\/2022\/5\/18\/information-facilities-index2.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">MarinerSports.org<\/a>.  Your use of the fitness center is at your own risk and we highly encourage users to workout with a partner. The Academy shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property or any bodily injuries, illness or death of any student, member and\/or any other persons including third parties howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly out of or in any way connected with the exercise of fitness center membership benefits, use of the fitness center or participation in any program, and\/or use of equipment.  This shall be effective save when expressly excluded by applicable law.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nPersons using the equipment in the fitness center are responsible for their own safety.  You should consult a physician prior to beginning a fitness program.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThe Academy reserves the right to suspend the use of any facilities at any time for the organization of private classes and activities or for the arrangement of maintenance or cleaning without prior notice.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<br \/>\nGENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS<br \/>\n<br \/>\n* All users must be able to present an active ID on demand.  The Academy reserves the right to revoke any membership if users are caught bringing non-member guests.<br \/>\n* Please use earbuds.  Use of any speakers or amplifiers is prohibited.<br \/>\n* Please use appropriate language in the fitness center.  Use of profanity, racist, sexist, misogynistic and\/or homophobic\/transphobic language is\/are prohibited.<br \/>\n* Spray and wipe down all equipment when you are finished your use, regardless of how long you used the equipment.<br \/>\n* Private coaching, assessments and other related activities are not allowed in all venues without prior authorization from the Academy.<br \/>\n* Please handle the equipment in the fitness center with care.  Users are responsible for any damages to the facilities or equipment.<br \/>\n* All users are required to follow the instructions of the Academy staff.<br \/>\n* The Academy reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations without prior notice.<br \/>\n* For the safety of all users, please refrain from preventing or interfering others\u2019 use of the equipment in the Gymnasium.<br \/>\n* For the benefit of al users, return equipment to its place after use.
