This course will cover communication for both internal and external parties through scenario problems that DPA’s may come in contact with.  It is designated in the ISM code to have a shore-based representative available to vessels at all times for crisis management and/or for personnel to have for safety or human cultural issues.

We suggest the ISM Maritime Auditor Training Course as a pre-requisite before attending the DPA course because of the knowledge of the ISM Code that is required.
