All on-campus MMA events have been postponed at this time. We are transitioning to virtual events when possible. Please see individual event listings for details.
Please join us for a family summer party at the home of our fearless leader Richard Slack in Uncasville CT. Pool, Corn Hole and Jenga will be set up. BYOB. Bring a side or dessert to share if you want. Beat the heat and join other alumni for this summer party!!
Alumni and Guests are invited to join the MMA Alumni Association Southern California Chapter for their 39th Annual Lobster Fest. Alumni from other maritime academies are also welcome so feel free to invite other maritime grads!
$40 Lobster Meal – $15 Hot Dog Meal
Meals Include: corn, salad, chips, and soft drinks.
BYOB- Bring Your Own Bib! Also beer and wine are welcome. (Swimsuits are optional.)

MMA Washington DC Alumni Group – Lobster Bake on 24 August, 2:00 to 5:00 PM.
Wayne Rolland, 97E will be hosting the event at his home in Bethesda, MD.
We’ll be collecting $25.00 a person for Lobsters & Refreshments. Please feel free to bring additional sides or drinks!

Each fall, first-year students gather at the stern of TS State of Maine for an official “jump” into their life as a Mariner. Join us as we watch President Brennan and the #ClassOf2023 take the plunge!

We invite you to join us as Jeff Wright, Director of Alumni Relations; Chris Haley, VP for Institutional Advancement; and Larry Burrill ’77, Co-Chair of Opening Doors, Changing Lives: The Scholarship Campaign for Maine Maritime Academy visit Jersey City, Houston, Seattle, and Portland. These “Up Close” presentations are designed to update alumni on MMA’s current academic offerings and student services, recent facility improvements, and future initiatives. We hope you will join us for one of these dynamic presentations. We begin with a reception at 6 PM followed by the presentation at 7 PM.
The Seacoast Chapter invites you to join them at their 18th Annual Seacoast Alumni Scholarship Scramble at the Sanford Country Club. Registration begins at 0800 with an 0900 shotgun start. Form a team or come as a single and we’ll place you on a team with fellow alumni.

This is a premier Seacoast NH event where the Seacoast Chapter has raised over $100,000 toward student scholarships at MMA. Come help us raise money for the seacoast area students of MMA.
