Have you ever run into a problem on campus that you think you can solve? Have you ever wanted to build an app?
Welcome to Modo / Maine Maritime Academy ideathon 2019! Spend a weekend full of fun and innovation taking your ideas and building them into an app, no coding skills necessary. Work alongside your peers to create solutions to challenges that arise on your campus. This is your chance to make a change…and maybe even win some prizes.
We all have women in our lives who have inspired us. Here’s your chance to write a few words about the woman or women who have changed your life for the better. Write a message on the chalkboard in Alfond and it will be shared with the tags #SheInspiresMe and #WomensHistoryMonth on the MMA Twitter account.
From Thursday, March 28th through Tuesday, April 2nd there will be an “Electives Showcase” in the Dining Hall. Faculty members will be available Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday from 11am-1pm to answer questions about available electives and minors for the fall semester.
