This sail is for MMA faculty and staff. Space is limited. Contact Tina Pitchford at 207-326-2364 or tina.pitchford@mma.edu with questions and use the form below to reserve your spot.

Note: Additional sailing offered when the Schooner Crew sails, on a stand-by, space available, no reservations basis to all faculty, staff, students & community throughout the sailing season, when there is NOT a reserved sail scheduled, (weather permitting, traditionally through the end of October) generally Mon-Thu, 4-6.

Closed shoes are required to board. No glass bottles/containers, no strollers permitted on board. All children 12 and under are required to wear Coast Guard approved life jackets, we have a limited number of minimum 30 lb. jackets, but none smaller, so they must provide their own.

No more than 30 passengers per trip, this includes children of any age, even babies in arms.

Career Services is hosting guest speaker, Michael Ross, who will discuss the hiring process from the human resources perspective. This event is open to all.  Take advantage of his expertise as you prepare for the career fair.  All are welcome. MMA’s annual Career Fair attracts companies and alumni from across the country who are eager to discuss employment and field experience opportunities with our students.

In 2018, Maine Maritime welcomed representatives from over 90 companies, including including ConocoPhillips, General Dynamics, NextEra Energy, PepsiCo, and The Jackson Laboratory.
