BoWdoIn Is As fIne A vessel todAy as she was when first
launched in 1921. The fact remains, however, that she is approaching
her 100th birthday and, as with al historic tal wooden ships,
care and maintenance is always demanding, challenging, and

expensive. To this point, Bowdoin is currently in need of a new
deck replacement. This important capital project is expected to cost
MMA trip to Ilulissat, Greenland (first
upward of $600,000. In addition, $1,000,000 is needed to increase
