Visiting Professor From Turkey
Dr. Serim Paker, his wife Neslihan and son
Kuzey, are spending the 2012-2013 academic
year in Castine while Paker teaches in the
Marine Transportation Department. A
member of Dokuz Eylül University's Marine
Transportation Engineering Department, he
is especially interested in simulator training
and best practices in teaching. Dr. Paker will
teach in Maine Maritime Academy's Marine
Transportation Department.
