Day 16 | Calm Seas Sailing Past Bermuda

Posted on: May 20, 2017

May 20th was a very calm and productive day at sea for the Training Ship State of Maine. Charlie Company was on training and spent most of the morning practicing line handling. Alpha company was on utility learning how to use a bosun’s chair and was able to get some of the much needed painting done. We are experiencing calm seas that resemble a sheet of glass as we sailed past Bermuda yesterday afternoon.
