Weather: Mostly Sunny                      Wind: 8 – 10 SW              Seas: 1 -3 feet

Only two and a half days out of Castine and it’s already feeling like summer. Students found themselves sunning on Steel Beach and enjoying the refreshing change from a chilly Maine Spring to a sizzling Southern Summer. The cadets from Texas Maritime Academy are particularly enjoying the new weather and have assimilated well with the Maine Maritime midshipman. Delta company is continuing their training, while Alpha keeps watch and Bravo does maintenance. Charlie Company is therefore on utility.
