Registered Clubs and Organizations – Please Be Aware:
It is recommended that you submit this request at least three weeks before your event is scheduled to take place. All decisions should be made in consultation with your fellow club members and advisor.
Please call the Student Activities Office at (207) 326-2117 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Most requests are honored on a first-come, first-served basis. You may need to meet with the Student Activities Coordinator to discuss details of your event. Submission of this form does not guarantee your request will be approved. Please provide detailed responses.
